I absolutely adore chocolate and combined with Middle Eastern flavours, I am in dessert heaven.
Turkish Delight (or Lokum) dates back more than 230 years, making it one of the oldest sweet dishes in the world.
I used a rose flavored Turkish delight in this ice cream, swirled in some chopped pistachios and then dipped them in a dark chocolate coating.
