Meet Faaiza

Based in Nelspruit, South Africa, I have been consumed by the sweet life for over 20 years. My passion was triggered by perfecting the art of macaron making and has since flourished into a part time career. Keeping up with the latest in food and baking trends and new techniques and ingredients, I regularly keep myself in the know by attending patisserie master classes with world renowned chefs locally and abroad. In 2018, I baked my way to the Big Apple by winning the Lancewood Cake-Off challenge with my rose, pistachio and raspberry gâteau. When I am not in my kitchen working my magic with my whisk in hand, I’m planning my next adventure.
