I am The Stylish Baker – Faaiza Omar, and here’s a little scoop or two about me: I have been consumed by the sweet life for over 20 years. My passion was sparked by perfecting the art of macaron making and has since flourished into a part time career.
Keeping up with the latest in food and baking trends and new techniques and ingredients, I regularly keep myself in the know by attending pastry master classes with world renowned chefs locally and abroad.
In 2018, I baked my way to the Big Apple by winning the Lancewood Cake-Off challenge with my rose, pistachio and raspberry gâteau.
