No Churn Nutella Crunch Nice Cream, I’m getting use to the easy dessert life 😅, also need to stock up on Nutella after this one.
A no churn vanilla ice cream, with a swirl of Nutella crunch and Nutella fudge. You could substitute the Nutella for Lotus Biscoff spread in this recipe.
No Churn Nutella Crunch Nice Cream
2 cups whipping cream
1 tin condense milk
1 Tblsp vanilla essence
Whip to medium peaks. Freeze for 90 min.
1 cup Nutella
3 cups of Rice Krispies
Gently heat Nutella and mix in the Rice Krispies, spread on a liner baking tray and freeze for 1 hour. Remove from the freezer and chop into small pieces, keep frozen until required.
1/2 cup Nutella
3 Tblsp cream
Mix in a bowl and microwave for 20 sec, or until you have a smooth ganache, set aside.
Remove the Nice Cream from the freezer after 90min and fold in all but 1 cup of Nutella crunch, pour the Nutella swirl into the bowl and pour the mixture into a loaf tin. Freeze overnight.
Scoop and sprinkle with Nutella crunch.
